Research competition to generate new Sponsor and Exhibitor leads:

Oversee sales of booth space to all potential Sponsors/Exhibitors:
  • Provide customer service (i.e. toll-free number, exhibitor information, exhibitor data collection)
  • Provide sales projections and reports
  • Initiate booth pricing, rules and applicable regulations
  • Distribute event materials to exhibitors
  • Design and manage event floor plans

Conduct Sponsor/Exhibitor sales initiatives:
  • Develop customizable Sponsorship packages
  • Design and produce email marketing campaign
  • Conduct outreach to industry and professional associations
  • Conduct direct and follow up sales calls

Fulfill Sponsor obligations:
  • Maintain frequent communication with Sponsors
  • Gather Sponsor collateral materials
  • Identify Sponsor opportunities and needs
  • Ensure executables match Sponsor letters of agreement
  • Provide overall VIP care of Sponsors
Marketing and Promotions
Support client’s consumer marketing initiatives:
  • Print advertisements

Support client’s trade marketing initiatives:

  • Provide regular updates of exhibitor, partner information and/or necessary forms
  • Engage social media websites to boost event participation

Support client in development of Press/Media Relations:
  • Review press releases

  • Create media room for media covering the event
Financial Management and reporting
Maintain effective financial information:
  • Outline event budget with client
  • Maintain books for all monies received
  • Oversee all vendor invoices

Conduct ongoing and wrap-up reporting:
  • Conduct Exhibitor post-exposition follow-up
  • Compile attendee survey and present results
  • Submit detail-oriented wrap-up report to client and highlight areas of success or need
